PAINTING ROOF TILES , WITH 2 LAYERS . FIRST LAYER IS USING WATER BASE PAINT ( BECAUSE IT IS CHEAPER ) , THEN THE SECOND LAYER IS USING THE OIL BASE PAINT .
AND WE PAINT THE TILES USING SPRAY GUN , POWERED BY AIR COMPRESSOR UNIT .
First , you have to arange the roof tiles to some separate stacks like this :
Then , you can use the spray gun , to paint the first roof tile on the first stack , using the water base paint with similiar color to the oil base paint ( First layer is using water base paint ) :
Then continue to the other tiles on the other stacks :
Do the same , untill the last tile on the last stack :
Now , the first roof tile with water base paint , is already dry enough for second layer , so change your spray gun to Oil Base Paint , and start spraying the first tile on the first stack again , but this time you use the Oil base paint for the second layer :
Continue to spray the rest tiles with the Oil base paint untill the last tile :
When already spray the last tile , the same worker or another worker ready to take out the roof tiles which already be painted with second layer , move them to the color stocks area :
Then the worker can continue the steps above to finish all the painting job . Normally , 2 workers can paint 1000 pcs of roof tile per day ( 7 hours working time ) .
THE PAINT RESULT WILL BE MORE SHINY IF YOU PAINT THEM UNDER THE SUN LIGHT .
ANOTHER WAY TO PAINT THE ROOF , IS PAINT THEM WHILE ALREADY ASSEMBLIED ON THE ROOF TOP ( ON THE HOUSE ) .
